Synx Automation Private Limited is a technology R&D company incorporated under the Government of India, headquartered in Trivandrum, Kerala. Our core mission: research the most practical applications of artificial intelligence and automation, then build tools that MSMEs can deploy without technical expertise, large budgets, or lengthy onboarding.

India's MSME sector is the backbone of its economy — contributing over 30% of GDP and employing more than 110 million people. Yet the vast majority of these businesses still run on manual processes, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp threads. The tools that could transform their operations exist — but they're too complex, too expensive, or too foreign to the way Indian businesses actually work.

That's the exact gap we fill. Every product we build starts from a real, validated MSME pain point. We research the technology, prototype it with real users, and iterate until it's genuinely useful — not just technically impressive.
